Coach Dan Warfield will be joining the Rams 2018 coaching staff as a face-off coach. Coach Warfield was a 2009 graduate of Smoky Hill High School in Aurora, CO, and he played at Colorado State University from 2010-2013. He proudly continued a legacy of All-American Face-Off Specialists at CSU and helped cement the Rams as a perennial face-off powerhouse. During his playing days, Coach Warfield held a career face-off win percentage of .617 – second-best in program history. He was also 4th all-time in ground balls with 171. On the national stage, Coach Warfield was recognized as 1st Team All-American. Most importantly, Coach Warfield was instrumental in 2 National Championship-winning campaigns for the Rams. His attention to detail and passion to pass on a winning tradition, at the face-off X and beyond, will make him a crucial piece of the 2018 CSU Coaching Staff. Go Rams.
