Coach Simpson (‘13-’17) has coached the Coogs for the past two years and was founding member of the Cougars lacrosse program, serving as a FOGO and defensive middie. Coach Simpson graduated from Bellaire High School in Houston, TX, where he started in 2011 and earned the Coach’s Award when he graduated in 2012. At the University of Houston, Simpson majored in Geology, and he brings valuable experience seeing the program develop and build from its roots and as a member of the 2013 LSA Championship Finalist team.
