Coach D'Arrigo is native of Syracuse, New York and a 2002 graduate of Henninger High School. As a Blue Chip recruit Joe selected Cornell where in 2003 he played Midfield and Faceoff Specialist. A shoulder injury sidelined him for the 2004 season and he transferred to Syracuse, playing Midfield and Attack for the 2005 squad. In 2008, Joe was drafted and played for the Long Island Lizards of the MLL. He began his coaching career in 2014 as an assistant at Aptos High School helping the team to the SCCAL championship. He then left Aptos to become the Offensive Coordinator at San Jose State, leading the team to the WCLL Final Four in 2016. Currently, Joe is the Offensive Coordinator at UC Santa Cruz.
