2017 Summary

Jason Griggs played four years at West Virginia University and went on to receive his Master's Degree in Physical Education from Adelphi University. His early coaching career was deeply rooted in Long Island High school Lacrosse. Jason moved to Las Vegas in 2012 where he took a coaching position with the Cougars Lacrosse team. Within five seasons of coaching the Henderson Cougars, Griggs has won two State Championships, as well as two Assistant Coach of the year Awards and 2016 Head Coach of the year. Jason took over the Henderson program in 2015 as well as started his own Henderson club program called Movin Up Lacrosse.
