Coach Chris Schultz comes to Arizona after recently serving as the Defensive Coordinator at Salpointe High School (AZ). A native of Westbury, NY, Schultz grew up in the heart of the lacrosse hotbed of Long Island. He played collegiately for Stony Brook University at the NCAA Division One level from 2004-2006 under the tutelage of Coach Lars Tiffany. His studies eventually led him to transfer to his Alma Mater, Long Island University - C.W. Post, where he graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration. Prior to college, Coach Shultz attended St. Mary’s High School in Manhasset, NY where he competed in the competitive Long Island catholic league (CHSAA). He garnered three All-CHSAA league awards during his career at St. Mary’s. He was also a three year member of the hockey team, winning three state championships and serving as a captain his senior year. Within the lacrosse industry, Schultz has worked various position ranging from retail sales with Lacrosse Unlimited to Product & Technology rep with Brine Inc. to a marketer with Warrior Sports Inc. Through the years he has also instructed various lacrosse camps, to include Lighthouse Lacrosse, Maverick PrimeTime and Millon Lacrosse Camps.
