2025 Summary

Head Coach Dustin Rich was hired to lead the inaugural season of Men’s Lacrosse at Drury University in August 2021. The fully funded and supported team will begin regular season competition during the Spring 2023 season. Rich comes to Drury after building the lacrosse team at Missouri State into a perennial powerhouse. Compiling a conference record of 32-12, including two conference championships and a pair of trips to the National Championships, Rich was named Coach of the Year in 2017 and 2018. During his time at Missouri State, Rich saw the team ranked as high as 14th nationally. He Coached over 40 All-Conference players, and 3 All-Americans. Prior to his coaching career, Rich was a four-year starter for Missouri State, including serving as team captain for two years. He also earned all-conference honors twice, and led his team to their first ever trip to the MCLA National Championships. Rich resides in Springfield with his two sons, Luke and Dillon, and their two dogs, Wilson and Marley.
