NOVATO, Calif. – After rolling to an undefeated conference season and winning the Western Collegiate Lacrosse League (WCLL) Division I tournament, Cal Poly has been rewarded for its efforts with numerous postseason conference accolades.

The Mustangs placed six players on the 13-man first team All-WCLL squad while junior goalie Sean Pihl was named the Defensive Player of the Year and Bobby Dabrieo was named Coach of the Year.

Cal, which also earned an invitation to the 2016 MCLA National Chamiponships powered by Under Armour along with Cal Poly, has two players on the first team. That duo is highlighted by junior attackman Max McKone, who took home Offensive Player of the Year kudos.
