SLC-I Release All-Conference Kudos

SAN DIEGO – Chapman and Arizona State, the two teams that battled in the conference championship game, paced the Southwestern Lacrosse Conference (SLC) Division I accolades that were released on Monday.

The Panthers and Sun Devils combined to grab 10 of the 14 first team all-conference picks.

Chapman junior attackman Wiley Bonham (50g, 19a) was tabbed as the league’s Offensive Player of the Year while Arizona State senior goalie Johnny Perlite (64.8 sv%) was the Defensive Player of the Year.

Arizona’s Matt Blamey and Arizona State’s Casey Connor were voted Co-Coaches of the Year.
