UNH’s Curry Has Commanding Performance

April 30th, 2019 General News | New Hampshire | Chapman | LSU | Minnesota | Santa Clara | South Carolina

ATLANTA – After leading his team to the inaugural CLC Division I title, New Hampshire senior attackman Mac Curry earns Commanding Performance of the Week powered by Under Armour for the period ending April 28.

UNH’s week started on Tuesday with a contest against UConn to determine the top seed in the CLC East and the Barrington, R.I., product acted as playmaker, dishing out five assists in the Wildcats’ 16-10 victory.

Against Davenport in the conference semifinals on Saturday, Curry scored a goal and set up four others in UNH’s 16-8 double-up of the Panthers.

Curry capped off the week against defending national champion Michigan State on Sunday for the CLC crown, dishing out another three dimes in a 14-7 victory.

For the week, Curry had a goal and 12 assists for the undefeated Wildcats.

"Mac is so unselfish, so smart and the definition of the perfect teammate,” said New Hampshire coach Scott Eiseman. “If you combine the highest level of lacrosse IQ with amazing vision of the field, you have Mac Curry."

For his efforts in earning the Commanding Performance of the Week powered by Under Armour, Curry will receive a new Under Armour Command Head – a $100 value. Under Armour is the proud sponsor of the MCLA.
