SAN DIEGO – The Southwestern Lacrosse Conference (SLC) has released its Division I all-conference teams and award winners for the 2023 season.

Chapman’s George McGuirk is the unanimous selection as the conference’s Offensive Player of the Year and leads a group of five Chapman players on the all-conference first team.

In addition, Panthers rookie Dante DeCollibus is the Freshman of the Year while Joel Kallas, in his first year as head man, is the Coach of the Year.

Concordia’s Cade Poe is the Defensive Player of the Year by unanimous vote and leads a contingent of six Eagles on the first team.

Grand Canyon, San Diego State and Arizona State also had a first-team rep.
