HIGH POINT, North Carolina -- The High Point University men's lacrosse program is accepting resumes for both the Offensive and Defensive Coordinator coaching positions for the 2024-2025 academic year and beyond.
The responsibilities for both the HPU Offensive and Defensive Coordinators are the following:
Coordinate with the Captains a practice plan each day
With the Captains, execute the practice plans each day (3x a week from 6:30-8) with intensity
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Alongside captains, plan both the fall and spring schedules
With all coaching staff aligned, ensure all GameDay logistics are accounted for
Refs
Travel
Field preparations
Coach games on weekends in both the fall and spring with all staff
Bring a new and uplifting spirit to the team that is insightful and garners respect from players while building impactful relationships with them
Be able to lead the team effectively through all actions listed above if Head Coach Austin Miller is not present
