ATLANTA – Fresh off another ranked win over Sonoma State, Cal Poly has bumped up a pair of spots this week to No. 3 in the Under Armour MCLA Division I Coaches Poll, which was released on Wednesday.

The Mustangs (9-1) are riding a six-game winning streak and are now within shouting distance of the top two teams in the poll: Chapman and Georgia Tech. The Panthers gobbled a couple more first place votes this week to push them to 25 total, setting them 23 points clear of the second-place Yellow Jackets.

Defending champion Grand Canyon leaped four spots to No. 4 after dispatching BYU last Friday with the Cougars filling out the Top 5.

New Hampshire enters the poll for the first time, ousting Utah Valley from the top quarter.
