SOUTH BARRINGTON, Ill. – Last year’s version set the standard for in-season MCLA Division II events. This year’s edition of Judgement Weekend raises the bar even further.

Judgement Weekend II, which will be held again in South Barrington, Ill. – a northwest suburb of Chicago – features eight teams that are all ranked in the Top 14 of the Under Armour MCLA D-II Coaches Poll.

This includes six of the Top 10 teams and seven teams that qualified for the 2016 MCLA National Championships powered by Under Armour.

JW2 leads off on Friday with the most anticipated game of the three-day extravaganza when No. 1 St. Thomas and No. 3 Grand Valley State reprise the national championship game of a year ago at 12:30 p.m.

The rest of the slate (schedule below) is nearly as impressive with eight games featuring programs with single-digit rankings.

The 11 games involved in Judgement Weekend II will be held at the South Barrington Park District and will be free of charge to the public. Please stop by and catch the action if you’re in the area.
