DAVIS, Calif. -- The UC Davis men's lacrosse team is hosting its annual CALI tournament this Saturday, featuring three fields full of all-day lacrosse action.

The event will feature seven MCLA programs -- the host Aggies, Sierra Nevada, Santa Clara, St. Mary's, Dominican, San Jose State and Chico State -- along with Grossmont, Santa Barbara Community College and Diablo Valley.

"We are thrilled to host CALI once again this year," said UC Davis coach Frank Resitarits. "As a coach, I'm excited to see the growth of the sport in California and, as a fan of the game, I can't wait to see the high level of play these teams are gearing up to display."

The competition will take place on both the Dairy Turf Complex and the Hutchinson Fields on the campus of UC Davis.
