RMLC Rolls Out All-Conference Teams

DENVER – The Rocky Mountain Lacrosse Conference unveiled its all-conference honorees and individual award winners for both divisions on Saturday and it was Utah in Division I and Montana State in Division II that were in the spotlight.

Utah placed seven players on the first team all-conference squad and nine overall. In addition, Utah’s Brian Holman was named the conference Coach of the Year.

Freshman long-stick midfielder Chris Belcher, who was a first team pick, was also named the Rookie of the Year.

Colorado placed four players on the first team while Brigham Young had two.

Montana State had eight players on the RMLC Division II first team, including Keegan Lancaster, who was named the Rookie of the Year.

Colorado Denver’s Jonathan Harris was tabbed as the Division II Coach of the Year.

Colorado Denver and MSU Denver each had a pair of players on the first team.

The RMLC does not name Offensive and Defensive Players of the Year.
