FORT COLLINS, Colo. -- After losing to Colorado on Friday evening, Clemson needed to beat Colorado State to salvage a Rocky Mountain split on Saturday. Thanks to an overtime strike, the Tigers managed to get their win, 9-8.

Photojournalist Lance Wendt was at the contest and put together a fantastic gallery for MCLA.us, which is below.

Clemson was led by Garret Brennan, who struck for two goals and set up three others. Devon McIntyre and Devon Carroll had two goals apiece, with Carroll's second being the game-winner. Danny Laible was credited with six saves for the Tigers.

Dom Santor paced Colorado State with two goals and three helpers while Frank Culhane was superb in the Rams cage, turning away 23 shots in the loss.
