Georgia Tech Announces 2022 Schedule

ATLANTA -- The Georgia Tech men's lacrosse team has released its 2022 schedule and the Yellow Jackets will have a 14-game regular season stacked with numerous MCLA title contenders.

"We are very much looking forward to getting back to normal," said Georgia Tech coach Ken Lovic. "We've have a very challenging schedule ahead of us, so our players will have to be sharp from beginning to end."

The season opens on Feb. 13 with a home affair against Boston College and is followed by three more home games, including conference foe Vanderbilt. With a slimmed down version of the SELC this spring, the Yellow Jackets will have just four conference games and 10 non-conference tilts.

After a road trip to Clemson, Tech will again host four-consecutive home games, including Florida and Michigan State.

A conference contest against defending MCLA Champion South Carolina closes out March, while the Wreck opens April with home games against Florida State and Georgia.

Georgia Tech will end the regular season in Boston, where they will meet Northeastern and New Hampshire on the weekend of April 9.

The Yellow Jackets hope to earn a trip to the MCLA National Championships presented by New Balance, which will be held from May 9-14 in Round Rock, Texas.
